Close to the sky
Tailor Made travel to Tibet and Nepal
Nepal is an isolated but welcoming paradise, between medieval cities and inhospitable landscapes, dominated by immense peaks that scratch the clouds. The humid jungles of the Indian plains and the Himalayas shelter this land of yaks and yetis, temples and mantras.
A tiny, mystical mountain nation that finally opens its borders today to those who yearn to feel close to the sky.
NUBA EXPERIENCES
The sacred crossing of the Kali Gandaki River
A beautiful journey on the river Kali Gandaki, one of the tributaries of the Ganges, known as the sacred river for Hindus and Buddhists allows you to look out over the small surrounding villages and beautiful prayer caves until you reach Lo Manthang, a region that has kept its culture intact for over 700 years.
Recommended season: Autumn
The best time to travel to Tibet and Nepal is during the dry season, from October to November, with towering clear skies and bright green landscapes.
Nepal enjoys a tropical climate in the south of the country, moderate in the valleys and cold in the mountainous areas. Two seasons are distinguished; the dry season, from October to May, and the rainy season, from June to September.
